The WORST experience I have ever had while buying a vehicle with Doug. I have bought many vehicles over the course of my life and never once have had the issues I experienced with this establishment. Many of those vehicles were purchased OUT OF THE STATE OF LOUISIANA. First, it took over a week to have some documents to sent over and did not send over all of the paperwork needed - after a week of waiting we had to reach out to the dealer - to us to handle some out of state issues to insulting our TRUSTED and STATE LICENSED n... read more
