Car shopping can be a daunting experience .our salesperson Veronica made it fun and relaxing. We went for a test drive while she explained key vehicle features. When we got back we talked numbers with little negotiations we were happy with the price but told them we were going to shop around they simply said price would be good while incentive program was in effect. We shopped around then came back to sign the deal. Wonderful informative salesperson Veronica and a hassle free dealership.
Just recently purchased an Audi A4 with Cameron and what a great overall experience I had. I purchased the car fully online, and with full transparency and honesty this made my decision very easy. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle fully online/over the phone. On top of this they also had the car shipped right to my driveway, so living out of state this worked out perfectly. 10/10
I absolutely love my Q5 and the whole team at Fall River Audi. I worked with Veronica and she was great. She made the whole process so easy. I looked at the car and picked it up two days later. This was the first car I bought on my own (a birthday present for myself) and Veronica was just terrific. I would definitely work with her again.
