BUYER BEWARE!!! Contacted by dealership for 80,000 mile service. Asked estimated cost for the service...$1,300. Dropped car am and went to get car. $4,200 invoice. $3,000 LABOR CHARGE, $1,000 Parts (ok). For 8 hours work that is $398 PER HOUR. This was for rotate tires, spark plugs (tune-upup?), flush radiator fluid, replace brake fluid, replace thermostat, replace water pump. My experience was so smooth, no one would have thought that I was actually buying a car. The staff there are so friendly, I remember visiting for the first and some staff member was parking a Mercedes and he rev the engine looked at me and laughed and said "this is a nice baby it suits you" . My sales person Veronica was very accommodating, she took her time through every little detail. Am happy I chose Audi Fall river. Thanks to the team!!!!!
