My experience was so smooth, no one would have thought that I was actually buying a car. The staff there are so friendly, I remember visiting for the first and some staff member was parking a Mercedes and he rev the engine looked at me and laughed and said "this is a nice baby it suits you" . My sales person Veronica was very accommodating, she took her time through every little detail. Am happy I chose Audi Fall river. Thanks to the team!!!!!

Veronica went above and beyond to help us secure the exact car we were looking for. From start to finish, communication with her was effortless. Her knowledge and expertise whether it was setting up the vehicle, explaining parts, or handling paperwork gave us complete confidence throughout the process. We truly felt we were in great hands and will absolutely consider working with Veronica again for future purchases.
Great experience at Audi Fall River. Small dealership, but excellent service and sales experience. Team was motivated to sell, very fair and reasonable, and honest. I would definitely buy here again. I thought Veronica (sales) was terrific. The actual sales process was super efficient (less than 20 mins with paper work). Highly recommend this small but mighty dealership.
