I need to put this review up because I want others to be informed about some of the dental services in our area. I called this morning with a dental emergency. I was told that this particular dentist takes my plan, when I had contacted my insurance company. But that was not the case. The woman on the phone was extremely rude, I would never waste my time going to this office even if they did take my coverage . I was referred to Dr. Mattia shortly after the start of the pandemic, when my dentist of twenty years retired, He has been most attentive and thorough in providing my dental care, and he has the nicest office staff imaginable. I come to Staten Island from uptown Manhattan to see him, and he’s well worth the trip!
Dr. Mattia has been my dentist for many years. I am totally satisfied with his service. Nice and friendly office staff.
Dentist has great customer service. Receptionist manager yelled and lost composure because too many questions were asked. The tone is very old school Staten Islander vibes. I called for medical service and help not reprimand and/or chastising…#iykyk
Omg I am so happy to have found this dentist my old dentist retired after 20 years n he recommended dr mattia I had two root canals n I’m so scared he assured me no pain n he was correct no pain during n after I can’t say thank you enough to the pleasant staff who know me two months n I feel like I’m family they are kind n the dentist is kind n also very gentle thank you dr mattia you are truly a gem
