They are never at the office if u have any problems u gotta call 3 different lines maybe to get its fixed literally been locked out of my own apartment due to front and back doors being broken or failed to give us the new pin now that another group took over the property!
They charged us for cleaning fees for our apartment two days before she had even inspected it. They took almost our entire security deposit ($8 refund!!) due to cleaning fees and they charged us more money than the cleaning fees that were listed. They are now ignoring our emails and never in the office. When we submitted a maintenance request to have an exterior door lock fixed they just completely unlocked it and it remained that way until we moved out.
