Matt was responsive via text and confirmed the issue based on the videos I sent him before scheduling my service. I had the first appointment of the day and the two guys still showed up 30 minutes later than scheduled (although they did notify me the morning of), but Matt compensated with a discount. Cameron was an enormous help with repairing a leak in our existing system. He carefully checked each zone afterward and replaced some problematic sprinkler heads quickly and expertly. He showed my husband how to reset the timers on this system as it broke shortly after we moved in. He was patient, had great communication and people skills, and worked quickly and efficiently.
