Very friendly, very efficient , and very caring and gentle. I was happy with this experience.
The lady at the front desk was so kind as I came in! The cleaning was done quickly and I didn’t feel pressured into paying for any of their other recommended treatments! Great staff and good space!
Dr Ashman was so patient and kind with me. I have an extreme fear of Dentists and am not easily numbed. He and the staff made me feel so comfortable even during difficult procedures.
Visited the office 2 years ago and am just getting around to the review. Diagnosed me with 9 cavities to be filled at once, saying I still had around 10 to be filled in the next appointment. Just went to a new dentist yesterday, I had 0 cavities….according to Matthew Smiles those 10 cavities should still be there. In my filling appointment for the 9 cavities, they did not numb me until the drilling became extremely extremely painful.
