My 3 kids have been patients of Dr. Matthews for years, and when we first started his staff was great, nice, helpfull and I absolutely loved Dr. Matthews. I even moved to another city, and still take my children to Dr. Matthews because I trust him with my children and he is an excellent Dr. It took a couple of years, but finally got my child on the perfect combo of meds to control her asthma. The Doctor's nurse was extremely rude! The answering service always says "the office is currently closed" or "the office is closed for lunch from 12 to 2". It takes numerous calls just to get through to someone. Dr. Matthews is great, but not worth it to have to deal with the office procedure and treatment by the nurse.
Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Was this provider late to your appointments? Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment
