Dr. Matthews is the nicest, and most professional dentist I have ever gone to. I refer all my friends and family to his practice, and they thank me for it. He is very dedicated to his work and makes his patients his priority. Along with Dr. Matthews, all of his staff is gentle, friendly, and efficient. I recommend Dr. Matthews to anyone who is afraid of the dentist; not only is he honest, but he does amazing work!
This dentist is the worst dentist that I have ever gone to in my life. Billing is awful. Procedures that were billed to my insurance company were never requested by me. There response to my insurance company was slow and only because my lawyer got involved. Instead of responding to the insurance company they forwarded my unpaid invoice to a collection agency. I will never recommend this dentist to anyone. Thanks for nothing, Dr. Matthews!!!!!!!
