Pro: I got my pre owned Jeep through Kia and Joseph Cawley helped me out and he was absolutely great! Super helpful and very personable. He stayed over an hour after they closed to do my paperwork on a Wednesday night! Con: that same Wednesday night, Joe went over different protection plans with me and there was one that I was interested in, but not set on.
