Always very kind and helpful
I strongly caution anyone considering buying from Matthew Nissan. Within 13 days of purchase, I reported bad struts—an issue that clearly existed at the time of sale. My concerns were dismissed, the problem worsened, and when I returned, they refused to fix it and instead tried to charge me $3,232. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of accountability. Buyers beware.
Super bad service. I bought the car 3 or 4 months ago and I've had it for a month and now no one has returned our call. A guy named Peter. The saleswoman has done everything in her power, but the service staff has been terrible. I hope they improve their quality of service.
Just picked up my 12th Nissan from Matthew’s Nissan of Clay, and the buying experience was as enjoyable as when I bought my first Nissan. Ivy Colon is a seasoned salesperson with an encyclopedic knowledge of the Nissan cars she is selling. This, combined with a great personality, guarantees that I will contact her next year when my second vehicle (an Altima) is due to trade. Thank you, Ivy!
