Matthews Motors of Wilmington, NC are the worst used car dealership in NC. The have staff that will assault you if things are not going their way! The original owner who passed away a few years ago, I’m certain, ‘is turning over in his grave’, to see how unscrupulous this used car dealership has become! Maintenence is sketchy at best and the Management is even worse! I would rather walk everywhere than buy a car of any description from the,’Scum of the Eartn!

I had an excellent experience at Matthew Motors!!! They were very friendly and willin to hear what I had to say bout what I was lookin for even though I wasnt for sure! Lol 😊 For me that has never brought a car or anything they were the BEST!!! They were all bout makin sure it was in the price range I was lookin for!! Aaron Walzak and Kevin Edwards are the Best!! I had a wonderful car buying experience with Matthews Motors of Wilmington. My salesman was very friendly and knowledgable of the make and model I was interested in. They gave me the appropriate amount for my trade.in with no haggling. The price I paid for my car was below the valued amount. The entire establishment was a pleasure to work with. Their warranty is unheard of to me in the pre-owned auto industry. I am a very happy customer and recommend them to any one.
bought a 5 yr contract and paid quiet Abit for it. the first time my son took the car to get the tires replaced he had a heck of a Time. It took several weeks and then the did not match tires. Today he took it back to be told they would not replace them because one had a belting broke and they were worn. I thought this was 1 reason that you actually had tires changed ! they are under new employees and when we bought the contract is set for any reason the tires could be placed and now they're saying they will not do it. just ... read more

What a great COVID friendly buying experience!!! With just a phone conversation Nathen found the perfect vehicle for me. We finalized everything over the phone on Tuesday and the car was delivered to me in PITTSBURGH, PA Wednesday afternoon. I cannot say enough how easy the process was and how great Nathen was to work with.
