We’ve lived through Matthews Lofts and Town 324 for the past 2 years and have loved it! It was so easy to transfer leases from one building to another and Nazly is the best!
Lived here for 6 years. Never a complaint about me or delayed payment. I left November of ‘25. I informed Duke Energy of my departure. For some reason I’m still receiving a bill for December and January. I’ve contacted management at matthews Lofts and they refuse to take responsibility for energy I could not have used.. I’ve asked if they could pay it or reimburse me if I pay it, but I’m getting nowhere. So they think me paying the energy for them or a new tenant there is the right thing to do instead of taking responsibilit... read more
Had a scheduled, confirmed tour that I received reminders for yet no one was there when I came to tour. No one in the office answered the phone or door. I also received an email stating that I “submitted a rental application at Matthews Lofts. We need to collect additional information from you in order to finalize your application.” I never started an application.
Great environment and staff are professional
I love the convenient location for walking downtown. My apartment was clean and well-maintained upon move-in. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly. Nazly was sweet and accommodating.
