They do not answer the phone or emails. When I do try and call I get transferred to Maintenance at a different property every time. Ridiculous.
Very nice office staff. Always followed up when needed in a timely manner. Building is nice, gym is nice and the area is awesome!
For anyone looking to move into these properties, Nazly is absolutely amazing. I received my apartment keys today, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free thanks to her. She was always available to answer my questions and guide me every step of the way. Her professionalism and genuine willingness to help really stood out. I truly appreciate everything she did and would highly recommend working with her!
