I unfortunately own a townhome at Ivy Quad. We closed six months after the promised delivery date and our unit is still not complete - a month after closing. Many of my neighbors have had similar experiences. I've owned 8 homes and been involved in countless remodels. This is by far my worst construction experience. The developer has some vision, but it's been an operational nightmare.
I've been the proud owner of one of Mr. Mathews' townhomes since 2012. Buying it was one of the best decisions of my life. Check out his townhomes, condos, and apartments and be prepared to fall in love.
