It was myself and my husbands first time to Matthews , It was packed , The owner greeted us as we came in ... There was await so we sat at the bar had a drink .. The place is beautifully decorated and small , very quaint !!! We had apps (Clams oreganata and caprese salad ) The clams were phenomenal!!! I had filet of sole stuffed with crabmeat and risotto, My Husband had chicken franchese and penne w/ vodka sauce . EVERYTHING was delicious.. we had the stuffed artichoke, ceasar salad and linguini and white clam sauce and everything was amazing!
Excellent food and service. By far one of my favorite restaurants. My children love Matthew's too!
We started with the asparagas bisque, delicious, as well as the fried calamari. During this time, the staff and owner are always very attentive, pleased about that. I order the Rack of Lamb, first time I had it there and would highly recommend it.
