Hari was so patient with me, I am a senior.Exspained everything to me( quite a few times) .Great salesman and nice man. Thanks again Hari Mary D.
A nice no pressure experience. Hari Rasaily listened well to what I wanted and presented options without a lot of extra hype. I was made to feel comfortable in the showroom and still feel comfortable with my decision to buy from Matthews after getting home.
Joe was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and understanding! Thank you!
Great experience all around. Hari Rasaily was my sales person and did everything he could to make this sale work out for me. I live in Syracuse and he made the trip himself the the Syracuse Hyundai dealer to save me driving back to Rochester. Highly recommend!
I walked into the dealership looking for particular models that I looked for online. They didn't have any thing to match what I was looking for. Then the following day Mark Ostrander called me and found me everything I wanted including the price "I" wanted to pay. Did you get that, because for me that alone made my year! MY PRICE! Well after that I was treated so well that my outlook on car buying has completely changed. Mark was so personable, he made the whole experience a joy. Thank you Mark.
