I am disappointed with the service I received, or lack there of, from this dealership. I purchased a new 2025 Hyundai Kona in the spring, and on August 28th, I visited the service department because the battery was not completing a full charge. I spoke with Jared, who told me to check back the week of September 1st for a loaner car, as I assumed the service would take a day or two.
