Our mom spent a week at this beautiful facility. Unfortunately, her time was cut short, however all of the team members who took care of her were so polite, caring & compassionate. Even until the last few hours, the team treated her with dignity and respect, changing her, kept her clean, checked on us, shared laughs, exchanged words and truly made us feel comfortable. Absolutely fantastic care and support for patients and families. All the staff are discreet, respectful and offer so much comfort to the people that need palliative care. Beautiful facility and amenities for families in difficult circumstances. Can’t say enough about how wonderful and caring everyone is. Thank you all for your care and support for our family during our stay there. The Hamilton family.

The Matthew’s house is a beautiful space with so many resources and accommodations. The nursing staff were so kind and really helped us with advocating for my father’s end of life care. HOWEVER, unfortunately it was incredibly frustrating to find out that some of the doctors there refuse to engage or administer MAID services due to religion. This put an enormous stress on my family and created undue pain for my dad at his end of life. We ended up having to leave the beautiful hospice where he was comfortable and calm due to ... read more
