Over the past 10 years Ellen and I have had numerous very positive experiences here at ACTS Matthews Glen. However, the most recent is experiencing the Wellness Office and Tonya, Donna (nurse) and Laureal the Nurse Practitioner. We switched to Laureal as our primary care and the Wellness Office really went into high gear. As a deliver driver, the place needs to do better. Today, while trying to deliver a package, I had a rude encounter with one of your security workers. Not only did I have to drive on the other side of the location that was sent but when I arrived security was rude about the delivery hours. As, I tried to explain to security there are no entered delivery hours therefore packages while continue to be delivered at all hours.
