David Reyes has been my go to for years now! Excellent service.
As a Caddillac lover/owner, I am NEVER going to Matthews Caddillac in Vestal ever AGAIN. The SEXIST behavior that I experienced for the LAST TIME in the service department was absolutely disgusting especially towards a “loyal customer”. FUNNY how their demeanor changed as soon as my fiance walked up to me. Mind boggling to me and will never go there again. I am very disappointed.
We get my wife's Caddy (XT5 v6) serviced when needed. The folks in the service department are fantastic, they offer great service. The price is right for oil changes. A Toyota dealer in Endicott NY charges almost twice as much for an oil change on a Toyota. Why?
This was my second purchase from Matthews Cadillac . Paul Tierno and Adam Crawford are the great to work with, I did everything by telephone. I drove from MA. just to pick up my car . All questioned were answer and Paul is so knowledgeable.
