I just had probably the worst dealer experience I can recall . Made a service appointment for my 24 Cadillac XT4 for 6/2 for a sunroof that worked maybe 1/3 of the time since I purchased the vehicle a year ago with 7501 miles on it. (now have 25K) But now it was open and would not close so I have to bring it in. I did not buy a car from here but my vehicle had catastrophic engine failure when I was in New York. The staff was very friendly and assisted me and my family the best as they could since my vehicle was a Canadian vehicle

As a Caddillac lover/owner, I am NEVER going to Matthews Caddillac in Vestal ever AGAIN. The SEXIST behavior that I experienced for the LAST TIME in the service department was absolutely disgusting especially towards a “loyal customer”. FUNNY how their demeanor changed as soon as my fiance walked up to me. Mind boggling to me and will never go there again. I am very disappointed.
We get my wife's Caddy (XT5 v6) serviced when needed. The folks in the service department are fantastic, they offer great service. The price is right for oil changes. A Toyota dealer in Endicott NY charges almost twice as much for an oil change on a Toyota. Why?
