Unreliable. Matt Sela and his team did a fine job on our roof initially, after a bit of cajoling, but we have had a recurrence of a leak and he has gone MIA despite still being under warranty. He does not respond to phone calls, texts or emails. I was eventually pawned off on the office manager, Christine, and set up with another appointment that they failed to show up at. Find someone else, these people are unreliable, do not show up to appointments and are very difficult to get hold of.

Same thing happened to me as the preview review. They fixed an issue in my balcony, we had a recurrence a few months ago and Matt and his team (particularly Christine) are simply the most unreliable people I ever had to deal with. They never reply, never answer and if by a miracle they answer an email, they schedule a time and don't show up. I definitely would never recommend these guys and, given the leak happened again after a few months, I would be very skeptical in even using their services (if they ever reply to you).
