NOT IMPRESSED – I took my 2 yr old golden retriever to Matthews Animal Clinic to utilize their grooming services. They came highly recommended from my aunt, who has been a client of their's for years. I made an appt and on the day of the appt, I arrived to a full reception area - owners and their pets waiting to check in. The lady behind the desk did not acknowledge anyone until it was their turn in line and she was extremely unfriendly!
