Worst experience Ive had in a long time. My skin check last about 1 min. He didn’t look at anything other than my back. Did a biopsy for alopecia. And never put on it what the lab was checking for. Was supposed to to call the lab and have it retested but never did. Went to another dermatologist and had a thorough skin check. He even found a pre cancerous spot on my head and froze it off. In my opinion Dr Zoom should not be practicing medicine. I’m going to report this to my insurance company also
This is the worst doctor I have ever had in my life. The staff is horrible. The doctor is condesending and acts like he doesn't want to be there. When I scheduled the appointment, they were taking my insurance. When I came for the appointment, it turned it out that they were no longer taking my insurance, however I was only told that after seeing the doctor. The receptionist then told me that because it was their fault they will cover it. They then sent me a bill, which was $300. It would have been ok if the doctor actually ... read more
