I come here often for my own medical needs and I'm a volunteer who drives others to medical appts in the building. Yes, they might be busy at times, but that's to be expected. Please treat the hard working staff with respect and a smile and you will get the same in return.
Just awful service from receptionist. No greeting. No smile. She clearly hated her job. Dr. ordered six tests in the body of an email. Only five orders were attached pdfs. I had the 6th pdf in a 2nd email on my phone "We don't accept emails from customers and without physical copy of order we won't draw.". She didn't offer to help me in any way. I grabbed my papers back, drove to the the Nipomo location and was helped and drawn. Grrrrrrr! Will never return to the Matthew Will lab!!
They don’t have enough staff on the front desk. Long wait because there was only one person doing intake. Hire more staff!
As a health care facility you’d think the employees would actually be kind an caring instead I was met with I’m assuming a nurse, named B her name tag only states she’s a phlebotomist an when I inquired about going for my glucose test I had no paper work no information she is the rudest women I’ve ever encountered she looked me up an down like a highschooler would to someone she’s bullying then talked to me like I was stupid instead of just simply telling me that would be explained when called back she definitely needs some ... read more
