I was disappointed with my experience at this clinic. The receptionist was dismissive and unhelpful when I had questions about my appointment, which made the visit stressful from the start. During the appointment, I felt that the doctor rushed through the consultation and did not take adequate time to listen to my concerns or explain the treatment plan. Overall, I did not feel respected or properly cared for as a patient. I hope the clinic works on improving communication and patient service.
My doc is amazing. I've recommended quite a few people to get him as their PCP. Always get you in and out. Plus he actually cares.
The entire staff has been great. I wanted to register as a patient 20 plus years ago, but I worked in another city and wanted an office close to work. Now I am able to come here and the staff has been great. Dr. Wietrzykowski listens and has addressed my issues. I am glad I came here. Convenient location and parking is available.
Dr.matt has been my primary care doctor over 25 yrs. Since 2000 and we have been thru some challenges but thru it all my man Dr. Matt been by my side.
