Dr. Matthew Welsh is fantastic and I highly recommend him if you are looking for a hand and wrist doctor. He takes his time to explain all options, procedures and makes sure you are comfortable with him and his treatment plan. His bedside manners, warm and welcoming smile, puts you at ease immediately. He even thanked me for coming in to see him - a rarity. Thank you, Dr. Welsh!
Dr. Welsh preformed my carpel tunnel surgery about three years ago. He was excellent, great staff. Developed several trigger fingers. I will only allow Dr. Welch with my surgery. He has an awesome bedside manner. I felt very comfortable with him. Also he is so nice to look at lol
Dr. Welsh is an excellent hand Surgeon. I’ve trusted him multiple times and will continue, as needed. He’s kind, pays attention to details, explains everything in a clear way and answers any areas I still need more information about. His staff do a good job so I know next steps, where and when. I appreciate he does surgery at SouthLake in Clermont and Winter Garden Surgery Center. Dr. Welsh is an amazing doctor. We met him once for my son's sports injury and it truly showed how much he cared. He was very thorough when explaining the injury to us. He was also thoughtful on keeping my son in good hands and referred us to another doctor who he highly recommended to do the surgery needed. He even helped by reaching out to this doctor personally to expedite our appointment time. He followed up each day to make sure we got him scheduled asap.
