Terrible experience with All State and zero support from Mathew Watkins. All State claims department was making up the rules as they went deviating from the terms that were clearly outlined and paid for in the contract. I brought that up when I was talking with the claims adjuster and they told me that that wasnt what was in their policy. When I tried to contact Mathew for some guidance and to help advocate for me he was absent from the process. Overall not a horrible accident experience. One issue that did concern me was that a decision was made to accept all liability before anyone received the police report. I bulked at the initial outcome because of that. Once the police report was finalized it was clear this accident was not my fault. 50/50 liability after that wasnt what I was hoping for but better than full liability.
