Your Smyrna location is a complete joke when it comes to customer service they never and I do mean NEVER ANSWER the phone nor do they call back .... RecommendedThe Dial Down Diabetes Program My Diabetes was NOT Controlled for over 20 years, but this program teaches best practices with diet, food intake and any/ all things that must be known to live a better life. I am now 10 lbs lighter, my blood sugar has been on target (A1c 6.4) and the support of the group and speakers is priceless.
It’s been 3 weeks after sending in a request for records from my child’s current pediatrician in a different state and we still haven’t received the records. I was told by the MWHC in Clarksville that they received the request yet we still haven’t received the records; the last visit was at 4 months old so the records aren’t exactly extensive. It takes an hour on the phone just to get through and even then you don’t get to talk to someone, you only get their voicemail.
