Dr. Hemstreet is my mother’s transitional care physician,she started seeing him after a stroke, she and I are very happy with the way they handle everything. He makes sure that we understand everything, he is very easy to talk to and listens very well to our thoughts and concerns. He has taken very good care of my mom with her on going procedures and health concerns. We feel that they really care about their patients.
