As the Mortgage Broker in the transaction, I worked with Matt and our mutual client. He is very knowledgeable about homes in the area our client was searching. Our client had a specific offer that needed to be met to obtain the home, and Matt ensured we were able to get the right home with the accepted offer for our client. He was very communicative with both me and our client, and ensured we closed on time by helping with follow-ups for both me and the client. Matt is simply the best!
