This clinic deserves ZERO stars. I tried to make a new appointment to establish and they refused to make the appointment because nothing was wrong with me. I called back a week later and Emma in scheduling hung up on me, so I called back and the practice administrator was no help either. She said there was a case of "he-said-she-said" and that she 'could' pull the call to listen. I asked her to DEF pull the call and call me back to apologize. Dr Upshaw had someone shadowing him the day I saw him. I heard him say "we're running behind so we've got to make this one quick" as he walked in. As if I'm not deserving of a full appt even if he is running late. Then he proceeded to ask me questions but talk over me when I attempted to answer him. I'm not sure if it is because I'm a woman, but my husband goes to him and says that has never happened to him, but I've never gone back and I never will. Dr Upshaw has been Great. Just got a call from Dr Upshaw’s Assistant. Katie called me to let me know I can save money on my medication that is not covered by insurance. Made my day!
Dr Upshaw has been Great.
They were calm and collected even though i was nervous and had a bit of a negative additude going in. They were steadfast and efficient, aware of what i needed and where i was at. They helped me graciously and lastly, they have a very nice facility. Overall 5 stars.
