I have had multiple doctors from age 3 to 33. Since my diagnosis at age 6. Dr Tsai is one of the best ive had. He followed my unique case and has been very determined to making sure he could give me the best care. As my previous doctor did Dr. William Sandborn. I will always say that Dr. Tsai is just a younger version of him with care. I wouldnt be here today without his quick thinking.
1. A procedure was scheduled weeks ahead. Minutes before the procedure he informed me that the staff he needed to perform the scheduled procedure were not present. Forced to make an immediate decision on a different procedure or re-schedule. 2. After #1 above, I asked if he would call me in the evening for results of this new procedure. He said he would call. Received no phone call. 3. Follow up appointment was made months ago. Got a text message (no phone call) telling me my appointment was cancelled. No explanation just a ... read more
