Dr. Topel is an outstanding cardiologist with great insight and expertise. The caring treatment I have received is so reassuring & gives me great peace of mind. He covers all the bases without overdoing. I am thankful for his wisdom & being his patient.
I really love dr Topel ,we first him at Grady memorial, my husband Darrio , was a patient there his heart was in bad shape I thank God first for saving his life, and also putting together a great cardiology team! Dr. Matthew Topel is simply the best!!! I was having some blood pressure issues. The first time I saw him in May 2024 my blood pressure Was extremely high, but after the visit with him it went down within two weeks after my visit he literally saved my life. I really appreciate Decatur Heart & Vascular host. Staff and doctors are amazing.

Dr. Matthew Topal, MD and All staff members were extremely welcoming from the first day that called. In addition, they were all professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and addressed any concerns.
