I have had a terrible experience with the receptionist at the Hollywood location. She is very unfriendly and twice I have had a sour experience there. I very much like Dr Wiznitzer and have twice not been able to see him due to the staff. First time 2 months ago they scheduled an appointment to come in when Dr. Wiz was not in the office. The dr. I contacted this doctor on October 2 2025, because I was desperately in need of an iron infusion that was prescribed by my gastroenterologist and Dr. Taub's office was in network for my insurance. It is now October 28, 2025 and I have not received any iron but I have received a huge run a round and misinformation at every step. The telephones ring indefinitely with no answer. They didn’t even answer an emergency call to their answering service.Avoid this office like the plague.
Been going to this place for a little less than a year for chemo. They are spot on with treatments...Ana Front Desk coordinator one of the best! Warm loving knowledgeable Ashley who does your blood tests n reports is awesome! The only thing I would love to see is more transparency with their care n more answers to patient's questions. But overall they are good. However they need to be upfront with information n educate the patient on the treatment that is being received
