Outstanding Surgeon! Random internet search for a good hernia surgeon led me Dr. Matthew T. Smith. His bio and reviews were outstanding and he did not disappoint. He is intelligent, articulate, and presents with the type of bedside manner every patient hopes for. Dr. Smith is very attentive, transparent, astute and an excellent listener. As a retired R.N. I tend to be more careful when selecting a Doctor and he hits the mark.
