Dr Matthew Smith did a hernia surgery on me he had done 2 post op check up on me to make sure that everything went smoothly he’s a great doctor
Dr. Smith and his team, as well as, office staff are amazing. Dr. Smith performed an excellent surgery, preceded and followed by great communications. Dr. Smith is professional and personable; a great listener. Nicole, PA, was excellent with my follow up visit and guidelines during healing. Emilee was outstanding to work with and very effective on all things administratively. I highly recommend Dr. Smith and his team if you need a hernia surgery.
The medical and admin staff are very attentive and are great communicators.
Dr. Smith is just as advertised. He is very patient and listens to everything you have to say. My surgery and recovery was smooth as expected. His entire staff is great to deal with not only in the office, but via email as well if you need paperwork filled out for sick leave for your job. If you haven't decided on a surgeon yet, go with him.
I met with Dr Smith to discuss laparoscopic surgery to repair a hernia and was impressed with his knowledge and approach. Unfortunately his office staff dropped the ball and after jumping through hoops and having several pre-surgery tests to comply with his request, I was unable to schedule surgery after 3 weeks. It is very difficult to speak with anyone in the office as the phone is seldom answered and voicemail messages go unanswered. Wish my experience had been better, as I had every confidence in Dr Smith's abilities.
