Dr. Owen was very personable & knowledgeable regarding my shoulder repair or replacement options. He took the time to explain the difference in the surgeries, the down time & what to expect following surgery. He showed me various cases of how things looked before & after surgery & did not push for me to make a decision or surgery appointment that day.
Wonderful care.
The nurse you talk to when you have to call him. She is very rude and hateful. They also lie to you at the dr visits. Tell you their sending meds to your pharmacy to help your recovery then doesn't.
