The office manager did not inform the doctor or my spouse that she decided because $1900 in charges had not been paid that she cancelled my husbands surgery (we waited for three weeks to get the truth - she originally told us worker comp denied the surgery). It turned out her staff was incorrectly billing the insurance company. There were no apologies - after calling the office manager (also Dr. Larsen's wife) on her error - we were dismissed as a patient because of conflict of interest.
