?Mr. Sweeney appraised our home $25,000 lower than the appraisal HE DID when we purchased it, after eight years and numerous improvements, including a new roof. He literally spent 15 minutes at our home. We contested the appraisal for being 1) ridiculous and 2) mathematically impossible, and went back to the bank.
