Its 10:25 a.m. lights are on. Door is locked. We have to knock, then someone lets us in. This is the second time signs say closed on the door when its not lunch time, and someone is inside. Not sure if this location is understaffed.
Melissa Bays from the Stidham office took the initiative to contact me regarding cost savings available based on my also having a Costco membership. This was unsolicited by me and resulted in significant savings on my home owners and car insurance.
Matt, Melissa and Bobby have been MORE than helpful getting my business insured properly, along with my 2 homes, auto and life policies . Everything was explained very well. Matt comes from a very knowledgeable background in residential and commercial businesses, the process of a damage/ loss claim on both the giving and receiving end of it and helps his clients FAR beyond just getting you to sign with him.
I'm moving to a state that AF does not have coverage. Melissa has gone above and beyond to assist me. Both Melissa and Bobby have always been great to my family. I'm going to miss their exceptional customer service and making us feel like family.
