We saw a home last fall and thought “if we could sell our house, this would be the one we would buy.” It was an unlikely proposition, since your home wasn’t even listed. We had worked with Matt a few years ago and trusted his advice. Well, we went back to Matt and he gave us some really good advice. Listed our house and Matt had a buyer within a month. I contacted Matt almost 2 years before actually completing our home purchase when home ownership seemed too far out of reach for my family.
