I love this place! Staff and Dr. Sorensen are all awesome. I have also seen Dr. Kazaglis and his team for an injury I sustained in 2024. I cannot say enough good things about Ortho Illinois!
I had my first appointment today with Dr Sorensen and it could not have gone better. He was very professional and answered all my questions and gave a lot of advice. Would highly recommend his services!!
Disappointed. They are very unprofessional. 1st appointment, he didn't show up for over an hour from the appointment time and then ordered x-ray and then MRI without looking at my foot. Second appointment, again showed up after an hour and then couldn’t figure out the issue so told me that he thinks it’s Neuroma and put a steroid injection (even though MRI clearly states no signs of neuroma). On top of all that, I had a follow up appointment today as the pain still persist and I was told to wait, after 10min, I was notified ... read more
