Responded to my inquiry and asked questions to gather more information, then I never heard from this man again. I tried reaching out again, nothing. I’m a busy single mom working and taking 12 credits in college and he wasted the time I took to explain my situation in detail. Made me feel helpless and stupid, as I was seeking help in resolving something that has resulted in chronic health issues for my six month old son.
So far our experience with Mr Shepard has been top notch, very knowledgeable, moral and ethical and seems to really care about people and understands that the real world and real experiences affect situations and its not always black and white. Well rounded and well versed in all the new laws, represented us in one hearing so far, and he immediately went to bat for us, and made us feel secure in his representation.
