After having average service from a major optometrist chain in high profile retailing stores for too many years, I decided to give my business to Matt. He did not disappoint, and I got a better price and service for my new glasses recently.
I am genuinely shocked by this experience. I called to book appointments for my parents under a health scheme, something that should have been simple and straightforward. The provider refused to accept them because they had previously visited Specsavers, saying he ‘doesn’t trust’ them. When I wasn’t 100% sure about their history and called back after confirming with my mum, he hung up on me, then claimed the line had dropped. Matthew is great. Super informative and caring. I highly recommend visiting.
Very rude man. First pair of glasses i could not see. He order another pair and I am still not happy with. A little better but not great. Won’t listen to your opinion. He put down my old pair of glasses from Specsavers but 100% better then what I have now.
Excellent service, highly recommend. The kind of service that nowadays is only found in small / independent business, the kind of service, where you know you matter!
