Best Doctor I've ever had. He helped me so much and went to bat for me with the insurance to get the meds I needed. I miss him and wish him all the best. I stopped going to Canyon View after he left.

Dr. Matt Walton is very personable and very thorough. I came in with a "mystery illness." He made his initial diagnosis (which turned out to be correct: more than one problem manifesting at the same time), but, didn't stop until we were sure what the problem was. Sometimes one illness can cover another in similar symptoms and occur simultaneously. I am very happy with his kindness and thoroughness.
Dr Walton is a caring listener who never gives the impression that he rushing through your appt to get to the next patient. I know he is very busy and really don't want to make it anymore difficult to get in to see him...but I can't lie, he's really good.
This is the worst doctor I and my family have experience going to. Gave me an rude attitude and was talking down to me the whole time. I specifically told him what I am allergic to and he ended up prescribing medicine that I am allergic to! If it wasn’t for the pharmacists concern telling me what it had, I could’ve ended up in a shock/coma. Called this doctor back and he said that I agreed to this medicine knowing what it had. No, I never did.
Dr. Walton is a 5-star doctor, but trying to get an appointment with him is a 0-star experience. I began seeing him when my former doctor retired, and he gives excellent care. But the longer I have been going to him the more difficult it is to get an appointment; he is booked weeks out. I can never see him for urgent issues; always being fobbed off onto some other doctor. I might as well start over with someone else because I can't ever see the doctor who is familiar with my medical history.
Best care I have ever received. Great family doctor. Helping through some very serious times of stroke and heart surgery. Always thoughtful and explains all questions.
Dr. Walton is by the far the best doctor I've seen, from specialist to surgeons. Not only is your opinion respected during your office visits, he will go out of his way to work with you. I have refused to see another doctor since meeting him, even though I moved out of Spanish Fork.
