My visit felt rushed no answers were provided. All he said was “see you next year”
Se necesita tener amor por los niños y estas personas específicamente que atendieron a mi hijo, estaban muy lejos de tenerlo.. me aseguraré que este doctor y su asistente no vuelvan a atender a mis hijos .
Brought my almost 2 yr old in for exotropia in both of his eyes. Bedside manner horrible. Didn’t care to listen to any of my concerns. Felt like we were being rushed out of there. Tried asking questions and made me feel stupid for asking them. Basically went like this “Your son will be cockeyed for the rest of his life… Have surgery, don’t have surgery… Anyways that’ll be 300$.. See ya in a year..” lol what?! I have never left a doctor’s office feeling so angry in my life.
Dr. Recko is an amazing doctor. He takes time his time to answer all questions. There were times when I left messages for him and he personally called every time. There is basically zero wait time to be seen as BSW is outstanding at scheduling. Staff was always very professional and kind. We were blessed to have been treated by Dr. Recko.
