I had a very extensive left foot and ankle surgery on 12/13/2024. Dr Matthew Conti is an amazing person and surgeon. Following surgery i expected a great deal of pain, I am happy to say that I had almost no pain. On a scale of 1 to ten the most pain I had was a 3. Your facility and staff are outstanding. Dr. Conti is THE MAN!!! I suffered a severe trimalleolar fracture with multiple ligamentous injuries after a motorcycle accident. Dr. Conti saw me quickly, assessed me, and had me booked for surgery within a week of the accident. If one ever has the unfortunate experience of tearing (rupturing) their Achilles tendon I can highly recommend the Hospital for Special Surgery & Dr. Matthew Conti. HSS is simply the Best! Dr. Conti is excellent! The care given to me by him & his staff was fantastic! Please know that the recovery from this surgery is not easy. Physical therapy & patience is very important afterwards.
