Dr. Roberson is the best doctor. I rarely meet doctors, with my disability and concerns, who actually takes the time to listen to you, even after all the time I have spent there. He is honest and up front and even if he disagrees, he will always discuss it. My entire family goes to him! His new office staff is so darn nice, patient and they all take interest in you as a patient. They are always on time! All I would like is Saturday hours so I don't have to go Urgent Care. LOL Thank you for all your support.
Dr. Roberson is outstanding but his new support staff is not nearly as efficient as his prior staff at Coppell Family Medical. Expect very long waiting times for any prescription authorizations. As one of his staff members told me, “Prescriptions are not a top priority here. Our goal is to handle prescription work within five days of the patient’s request.” Wait, is this Coppell or Canada?
