I had minor bumps on arms and legs. He recommended that I apply a drug Carac to all arms and legs. This happened in 2014, when he was resident in Overland Park, Kansas. Red spots a quarter of inch have populated all areas on arms and legs. They have gotten redder over the years. Problem areas developed not longer after applying this Carac. A more experienced doctor would have suggested applying in small area and then evaluated results. This drug was costly with $150/small tube.
