Dr Matthew Putty was amazing. After along time of being in pain, he operated and now I am pain free. He is very personable and took his time with me. I recommend him 100%
Dr. Matthew Putty is a prince among men. His skills are astounding. He is clear, concise and has a genuine empathy for his patients. Also his assistant Jennifer is superb. The front desk staff reminds me of the Muppet Show theme and the classic Seasame Street song. "One of these things doesn't belong here." They fail to match the class and gentile sincere kindness of Dr. Putty and Jennifer. Waiting to see Dr. Putty is well worth their indifferent demeanor.
Dr Matthew Putty did my cervical surgery in Oct 2024 which was a success. His assistant Jennifer is awesome, great team. Dr Putty reached out to check how I was doing recently and told him I was having pain and he didn't waste anytime ordering tests to find out what was going on. In this time I have started having severe sciatic pain and he ordered MRI and xrays and pushing to find out whats going on. Called 3 days in a row trying to become a new patient and the only person I spoke said to leave a voicemail for the medical assistant and she'll get back to me. Haven't heard a single word.
