I saw Dr. Phelps for a big toenail I knocked half off and then plantar fasciitis which my family doc had been (unsuccessfully) treating. Dr Phelps said we would knock it out in 2 weeks with a prescription and simply ice massage. It was gone in 10 days an that was 9 months ago! I wish I had just demanded a referral and gone to him sooner as I was in pain for 5 months before Dr. Phelps.
A doctor to avoid. He called my feet "deformed" and said he would order orthotics for me, but didn't do so. When I called back after a month to ask about the status of the orthotics, they claimed I didn't fill out a necessary form.
