Dr. Ferguson is amazing. He communicates with you and did an amazing job on my knee replacement. I had 2 prior surgeries on my knee, and there was nothing left to fix. I had a rough time with early home health physical therapy and had to have MUA, and it was very painful. Dr Ferguson has been there to help me along every step. He Knows what is going to be the Best for you.
Very disappointed at how difficult it is to communicate with his office. A person who is not located at his office is the phone contact. Not able to leave a voice mail for the nurse. I am having extreme pain in the knee that I had replaced. I am not sleeping due to the pain at night, but still cannot get in to be seen any sooner than another week. I have requested that nurse call me, but no, I have not gotten a call.
