Once again my appointment was on time and the staff was awesome. Donna is very personable and thorough. Seeing both Dr. Nelson and Dr. Hein was great and as always smiling and asking if you have any questions or concerns. Everyone in this office is pleasant and a joy to be around!!
Staff is extremely nice, and they work with your schedule to make it as convenient as possible. Dr. Nelson is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail to give you the entire scope of what is being done. Highly recommend to anyone!

Unlikely as this may sound - I almost look forward to my dental appointments. I have had Dr. Hein as my dentist for 30 years after seeing various dentists prior. Both Dr. Steve (and Dr. Matt) as well as their entire staff make you feel like part of their family every visit. In addition not only are the “skills” of both dentists and dental assistants top notch but as importantly they always have both your best interests as well as that of your pocketbook in mind. I’m speaking for my mother as she has Dementia. Her care was excellent and Sarah and Dr. Hein were so kind and caring. It made me feel so comforted too as it has been so difficult to witness the long road of dementia. Thank you!!
My family has seen Dr. Hein for nearly 30 years now His dental care is outstanding in every way. The staff is terrific: going above and beyond the call of duty. You know you are in the best of hands when Dr Steven Hein and Dr. Matt provide their dental expertise. My Grandchildren love visiting their dentists and that, says alot!
